- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
5. Content
5.1 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
5.2 Content Standards
All content must be accurate, professional, and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Matching and Recruitment
While we strive to provide accurate matching services, we do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. The final hiring decision rests with the respective schools and teachers.
7. Fees and Payments
Some services on the Platform may require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. Refund policies are specified at the time of payment.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TotallyTeach and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
TotallyTeach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
